1. MAKE YOUR CHOICE
Once you have made your choice of service, please click on “Book Now” button to have our booking form.

2. COMPLETING THE BOOKING FORM
Please fill up the booking for and click on “Submit” button to send us.  If you would like to have more than one service please complete the separate booking form of appropriate service.
  • In addition we only take the credit card details only after the confirmation, except urgent service reservations.
  • We aim to keep the cancellation charge as low as possible.

3. CONFIRMATION
  • After submitting the booking form to us you will receive an email clarifying your booking request
  • We will process your reservation and confirm your booking or advise on other optional availability within 24 hours
  • Regarding the availability, we will send you an email informing you of the details of your booking, total cost and date of payment
If the selected service is unavailable then we will suggest you an alternative option for your convenience.

4. MAKING THE PAYMENT
  • Reservations that submitted within 2 weeks before the service start.
  1. Bookings within 2 weeks is urgent reservation and your Credit card details needed.
  2. Cancellation will activate after confirmation.
  3. If the service is unavailable no charges will be made.
  • Reservations that submitted more than 2 weeks before the service start.
  1. Over 2 weeks bookings will not required credit card details first.
  2. If your service is available, we will send you the requested date of payment via e-mail
  3. Payments can made by online or by bank account.
  4. Cancellation will activate once you have given your credit card details.
5. RECEIVING VOUCHER
After your payment has transferred into our account we will send you the service voucher via email which will be presented or showed at the check in desk or service providers.

CANCELLATION


Cancellation will activate after your booking is confirmed. Confirmation will be made after we have advised you the availability, you will have a look over your reservation and provide us with your credit card details or by arranging the money transfer. Any charge will be made for the cancellation fee for services that have not been confirmed.
To make the Cancellation please send us an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it which should be titled “Cancel” in the subject line. In the e-mail must include following details:
  1. First name and surname that used for the booking
  2. Booking’s reference ID number
  3. E-mail address that you used for the booking
Cancellation charges will depend on the service type that you have booked and different policies will be regulated for each service. Please verify Cancellation section of each service.

Amendments:

Amendment policy will activate once your reservation is confirmed. To amend a booking please send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and titling "Amend" in the subject line. The email must include the following details:
  1. First name and surname
  2. Booking reference ID number
  3. Email address you used for the booking
